We are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team, providing a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual looking to progress their career with a recognised brand, in the business-to-business professional services market.
This full-time role reports to the National Senior Marketing Manager and will involve strategic development and delivery of marketing programmes aligned to the firm’s strategy. Candidates will need a strong business to business professional services marketing background, preferably within accountancy, and be familiar with working in a consultative environment. If you are comfortable working across all areas of the marketing mix, can work to tight deadlines and have a delivery focused 'can do’ approach, this is the perfect role for you.
The successful candidate will be developing and delivering strategic marketing plans and campaigns working with stakeholders from across the business, nationally.
The marketing team collaborates nationally across all offices. Travel to other offices will be required depending on the needs of the business.
Responsibilities
- Develop marketing plans that align with sector/service line national business plans to help raise Crowe’s reputation, increase recognition and build relationships, highlighting our partners’ specialist skills and services in our desired markets.
- Develop, deliver and lead comprehensive marketing campaigns from inception through to completion.
- Awareness and understanding of our markets and business activity with a view to:
- advising partners on potential marketing campaigns and programmes
- providing prompts and direction to the PR team on media comment and social media campaigns relating to marketing priorities identified marketing plans.
- conducting relevant client and competitor intelligence
- identifying emerging trends to add value to conversations and marketing plans as well as updating existing content.
- suggest awards that may be relevant for teams and have an input in drafting award submissions.
- writing, editing and curating content for email marketing, the website, advertising, brochures social media and other digital content.
- communicate successes and raise awareness of sectors/services through internal communication channels.
- identifying opportunities to collaborate and complement other sectors.
- facilitating cross sector business development opportunities working closely with the client and markets team.
- Line management of one marketing executive.
- Effectively build and manage stakeholder relationships through knowledge sharing and expectation management.
- Effectively measure, evaluate, and present back on all marketing activity and performance measures to help inform continuous improvement.
- Develop target groups through segmentation via CRM for effective external communications.
- Produce performance reports that add value to campaign debriefs and stakeholder discussions and help to inform future marketing activity.
- Work collaboratively with the business development team to share insight on how to raise the profile of our brand in BD and Marketing activity and to deliver our national events.
- Collate, edit, update and proof all core marketing content to ensure accurate brand positioning statements.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and compliance in the development of all marketing content.

- Excellent track record in development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and programmes, including experience in all areas of digital marketing.

- Excellent knowledge and application of the full Microsoft office suite.
Qualifications
- Degree level education in marketing or CIM qualified. We are open to candidates who do not have these qualifications, if they have proven relevant experience.
- Previous professional services experience is desired, preferably in accountancy.
