We are seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to support our Tax and Legal advisory brands. You will own the marketing and play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the brands.
This role is aligned to our hybrid workstyle and will be predominantly based from home with travel to our Bolton headquarters 3-4 times a month. Travel to other K3 Capital Group offices in the UK may be required on occasion, e.g. following a new acquisition that grows the Marketing Managers portfolio or to industry events (either hosting or attending).
The role:
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to support the overall business objectives.
- Plan and execute engaging PR and marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, direct mail, social media and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, track ROI, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- Develop and maintain event budgets, timelines, and logistical plans.
- Oversee event promotion and marketing efforts to drive attendance and engagement and repeat events.
- Pitch stories to the media.
- Lead social media strategy and implementation.
- Create and distribute newsletters and marketing communications.
- Design marketing assets with internal graphic design team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event and marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven marketing experience in a B2B environment, ideally in the professional services industry.
- Have experience in a senior role or can demonstrate they are ready and motivated to take the next step in their career by taking on greater responsibility.
- Proven experience working in a fast faced, varied environment where initiative and proactivity is valued.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, ability to run multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and social media tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience of copywriting and proof reading.
- Be an autonomous, driven individual who can connect the dots and see the bigger picture.
- Be able to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Possess strong analytical, creative and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel. Experience of using Adobe products would be an advantage.
