We are working with a leading boutique investment management firm who are looking to hire a Marketing Manager into their London team. This role will be based in London on a hybrid basis.

The business are a leading firm in the sustainable investment space who are looking to hire a Marketing Campaign Manager into their team. This role will be responsible for managing the campaign plan and delivery for the retail side of the business.

Description

Key responsibilities:

Campaign planning & execution for the Marketing Manager:

Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns targeting our retail audience. Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and drive measurable outcomes. Content creation & coordination: Create high-quality assets, including emails, landing pages, social media posts, and other marketing collateral in collaboration with designers and external agencies. Multi-channel delivery: Manage the delivery of campaigns across multiple channels including email, digital advertising, social media, and events to maximise reach and engagement

Performance tracking & optimisation: Monitor and report on campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and lead generation. Use data insights to optimise campaigns and improve future performance.

Stakeholder management: Liaise with internal stakeholders including sales, product, and compliance teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and compliant with regulatory standards. Budget management: Oversee the campaign budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximise ROI. Lead nurturing: Implement lead nurturing processes through HubSpot and segmented email campaigns to convert leads into marketing qualified leads (MQLs). Market research & insights: Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour to ensure campaigns remain relevant and impactful.

The successful candidate for the Marketing Manager role:
