This pivotal role requires a talented individual who can develop, implement, and manage their marketing initiatives across various channels and take responsibility for their new ecommerce platform.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company products and drive e-commerce sales.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential growth areas.
- Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Manage the e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitors to inform marketing initiatives and product positioning.
- Create and oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, print, email marketing, and social media.
- Manage a member of staff

- Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
