Due to their continued success, our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager to join strengthen their thriving marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and dynamic Marketing Professional to assist in the continued growth of a rapidly expanding business.
As well as managing and inspiring the marketing team to foster a collaborative environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of marketing, including brand management, content creation, digital marketing, campaign management and strategy development.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Designing, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies that align with the company’s key goals and objectives
- Overseeing the creation and execution of digital and print marketing campaigns
- Successfully managing social media platforms, corporate communications, and branding to ensure a cohesive public image across all brands
- Preparing and monitoring the marketing budget
- Promoting and communicating the company’s products to the marketplace, and producing technical product specifications for training and literature
- Conducting market sector research and analysis
- Inspiring and developing the marketing team, including the support for technical literature, communications, and exhibitions
To be considered for this opportunity applicants must display the following skills and experience:
- Proven marketing management experience, with expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Educated to degree level in an appropriate marketing or business-related discipline
- Experience of successfully leading, motivating, and inspiring a marketing team
- Demonstrable strong leadership and communication skills.
- A creative thinker with a data-driven mindset
