The purpose of the role is lead generation for other members of the team and there is a generous bonus scheme in place as a reward for succeeding; it is all about the ROI. This role does not require you to sell, other members of the team will do that part!

Duties of a Marketing Manager:

• Create a strategy, implement and manage the company’s online presence, social media platforms, SEO and website
• Analyse, track and report on campaign performance to strive for the best outcomes
• Lead generation through social media, Google Ads and others
• Using the company CRM and email marketing campaigns
• Responsible for the company newsletter

Skills and experience required of a Marketing Manager:

• Experience in increasing sales through Digital Marketing to include SEO, website, Google Ads, YouTube Ads and Social Media
• Experience of using a CRM
• Experience of targeted email marketing campaigns to generate sales leads
• Experience of managing a company website and content
• Experience of creating a company newsletter (or similar) and sourcing content
• B2B Marketing experience
