Reed Marketing & Creative are partnered with a successfully growing B2B business based in Milton Keynes, who are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their amazing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving business growth by leading the day-to-day marketing activities aligned with the Company’s strategic goals. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to generate leads.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Director to develop the marketing and brand strategy in line with business goals.
• Develop and execute a social media strategy using tools like HubSpot, aligned with overall marketing initiatives.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns, utilising HubSpot CRM to track responses, assign leads, and monitor performance (e.g. measuring numbers of qualified leads generated plus cost-per-lead etc.).
• Write content (e.g. case studies, social posts) and collaborate with external agencies for additional content creation.
• Coordinate with SEO/PPC agencies to ensure content supports marketing and growth goals
• Manage photography and videography assets for promotional use.
• Plan and implement a marketing calendar to manage and execute all activities.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in developing and executing marketing strategies to generate leads. Previous marketing generalist experience within campagins across digital, social media, websites, content and email marketing. Experience working across CRM platform (ideally HubSpot). 

In return you will receive a salary circa £50K  depending on experience + excellent benefits + FREE parking when in the office.
