Marketing Manager (B2C)

£45k + bonus

Forward Role are working with a leading business in the energy sector to recruit a Marketing Manager.

Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, working alongside an in-house marketing team of 9 and collaborating with agencies, you will help drive acquisition and retention across the B2C customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and put in place plans to acquire and retain customers, testing new approaches and measuring results
• Deliver engaging and results driven brand campaigns across various channels including email, direct mail, digital display, and social media
• Analyse customer data and campaign performance and translate insights into actions to drive results and ROI
• Work with internal teams and agencies to launch new products and services and promote existing ones

What you will need:

• Extensive experience in B2C Marketing with brand and campaign skills
• Skilled in using customer insights to create and implement successful customer initiatives
• Commercially savvy and able to demonstrate ROI
• Excellent project management skills and capable of independently delivering key projects
• Good with numbers and experience managing budgets
