Marketing Manager - HK Recruitment : Job Details

We are looking for a Marketing Manager for a 12 month maternity cover with an option to become permanent after successful probation. We are looking for a 360 marketing skillset and someone who has sales experience such as pitiching to clients, good presentation skills and is customer focused. Someone who is creative and has good graphic design to create engaging social media posts, E-shots, brochures etc and who can create plans for lead generation

This role would suit a Marketing Executive looking to progress into a manager position

Location; Birmingham

Responsibilities

• Create sales & marketing plans and implement them
• Create visual marketing material such as social media posts
• Send engaging emails
• Canva, create great marketing to produce sales
• Lead generation. Create marketing to help the sales team
• Training customers on the products/software
• Occasionally attend an event/exhibition

Requirements

• Experience with digital marketing
• Hands-on and autonomous
• Excellent communication skills in dealing with customers
• Positive can-do attitude
• Good graphic design skills/ knowledge using Adobe/ InDesign etc

Package

• 12 month maternity cover with a view to be made permanent
• Salary 25,000 to 30,000 depending on experience
• Training & investment into staff
