Marketing Manager - MET Marketing : Job Details

As an autonomous Marketing Manager, in an SME b2b business, you will get to create, drive and deliver the marketing strategy which helps steer the business to a further 50% growth over the next 3 years. You'll be a solo marketer initially, but budget has already been approved for additional headcount this year, and you'll also have the disposal of multiple agencies and 3rd parties across things like PR, web and design.

About You:

• Experienced B2B marketing professional.
• Strengths in data driven marketing including channels such as CRM, digital advertising and campaign planning.
• Confident and engaging personality, able to build internal relationships with product teams to steer upcoming marketing requirements.
• Confident stakeholder manager capable of briefing agencies and freelancers to deliver projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing and implementing marketing plan to support business strategy.
• Own marketing budget across multiple channels online and offline.
• Directly leading and delivering CRM strategy, digital advertising and social media campaigns.
• Driving the progression of the company website.
• Planning and executing trade show and event attendance and exhibiting.
• Managing all 3rd party suppliers for creative, print, PR and digital delivery.

Where You'll Be Based:

On the outskirts of Leeds and easily accessible from the M62 with free parking available. It is highly recommended that you have a car and license for commuting as public transport routes are limited. Ideally you'll be office based to start with, but after you've settled hybrid working with up to two days from home is available.
