On behalf of our client, we are delighted to present an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join their award-winning Clinical Negligence team, based in Manchester.

This role offers the chance to support a team that makes a real difference, advocating on behalf of individuals impacted by substandard medical care.

The Role

Working at the heart of a team celebrated for its excellence, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and driving their marketing strategy. This is a comprehensive, hands-on role that requires expertise across the full marketing mix, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and content creation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering a strategic annual marketing plan for the Clinical Negligence department.
  • Managing the department’s digital presence, including website content, PPC campaigns, and online performance analysis, in collaboration with their digital agency.
  • Creating engaging case studies, blogs, and videos, while working closely with external suppliers such as videographers.
  • Supporting PR efforts by sourcing and developing media stories that enhance the department's profile.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with the team’s charity partners, organising legal clinics, events, and initiatives to raise awareness.
  • Leading on social media campaigns, working alongside internal specialists and agency partners to optimise content for organic and paid campaigns.
  • Planning and delivering professional events, seminars, and conferences.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

This role also involves budget planning, liaising with external suppliers for branded materials, supporting legal directory submissions, and ensuring CRM systems are kept up to date.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of marketing expertise and a proactive, adaptable approach. Key skills and experience include:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ proven marketing experience, ideally within the professional services sector.
  • A strong background in digital marketing, with proficiency in analysing campaign performance and reporting on ROI.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to create high-quality content tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence in liaising with senior stakeholders, and a flair for building relationships across teams.
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems, CMS platforms, and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Our client is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can balance creativity with a meticulous eye for detail.

Why Apply?

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact within an organisation that values excellence and innovation. You’ll join a team that is widely recognised for its outstanding contribution to Clinical Negligence law, with opportunities to shape and grow their marketing efforts.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your marketing career and work with a passionate, purpose-driven team, we want to hear from you!
