This is a unique chance to work in a supportive, local team that combines a personal, client-focused approach with the extensive resources.If you’re looking to take your marketing career to the next level within a company that values creativity, innovation, and collaboration, this could be the role for you.Salary: £32,000 + bonusLocation: On-site in Newcastle City Centre (parking available)Hybrid Working: This role is office-based 5 days a weekWorking Hours: Monday – Friday, with flexibility around core hoursTHE ROLEAs the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s marketing strategy forward. Working closely with a team of 4 financial advisors and 8 support staff, you will be responsible for executing campaigns that engage clients, attract new business, and foster long-term relationships. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing marketing-led events, webinars, and workshops to generate leads and build client loyalty.In addition, you will oversee relationship marketing, with a strong emphasis on client referrals, and support new business development through targeted outreach and networking. You’ll be monitoring campaign performance and using data insights to refine and optimise strategies for maximum impact. This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward-thinking marketing professional to bring fresh ideas and drive success in a growing and highly respected wealth management firm.YOUR SKILLS / EXPERIENCEWe are looking for a talented marketing professional with the following skills and experience:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within financial or professional services
  • Experience in managing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring strong relationships and continued business growth
  • Proven track record in relationship marketing, lead generation, and content creation
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events
  • A creative and results-driven approach, with the ability to analyse campaign performance and optimise for success
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategies, and content creation across various platforms
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources efficiently
