We offer products that our customers love at great value within Hardlines, Consumables, and Softline’s. The APB marketing team, which operates across North America, Europe, and Japan and supports all product families, seeks an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the re-branding and brand refresh of APB Selection to Client Essentials and own the internal and external communications for brand implementation.This highly cross-functional role involves creative, marketing, and project management skills to drive this global initiative. This is your chance to drive one of the most strategic and complex projects within the Private Brands organization, impacting a multibillion-dollar business and working with stakeholders from all product families and functions across NA, EU, and JP.Key Responsibilities:
- Independently defines and aligns with Softlines leaders the re-brand transition implementation steps of all selections across fashion, jewelry, beauty, and luggage
- Including packaging, physical product, detail pages, catalog, and inventory transition
- Defines the transition strategy of selecting moving brands with new and updated workflows for partner teams
- Is the marketing Single Threaded Leader for Softlines business and design teams and leads the weekly connects to move forward with implementation steps
- Defines and delivers the internal communication for Brand Implementation (email Flashes, lunch & learns, internal PR) and defines and delivers the external PR plan
- Engages with 15+ project points of contact on a regular cadence to ensure ETAs are met
- Builds a project workback schedule with key milestones, ETAs, ownerships and stakeholders’ alignment
- Works with the channels team to include Our Client Essentials re-brand requirements into editorial assets
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing, project, or program management experience
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer product launches
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fashion, hardlines or consumables product marketing or brand management
- Experience in working on communication plans
The successful candidate:Will have experience in leading go-to-market strategies for consumer products, as well as project or program strategy skillset, being able to deliver end-to-end complex initiatives and communicating results to senior leadership. The role requires a strong bias for action, ownership, and earning trust, and experience juggling daily and operational challenges and building strong partnerships with senior leaders across.
