Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead marketing efforts to drive business growth, aligning all marketing activities with overall commercial goals and providing proof of ROI for marketing activity.
• Work alongside internal stakeholders to drive marketing activities
• Where required lead and manage marketing agencies to support your planned activity.
• Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, email, social media, and events.
• Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel across all external communications and marketing materials.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.
• Provide monthly marketing performance reports to the leadership team.

The successful candidate will have strong experience developing & executing marketing plans and campaigns across digital, social media and events. Strong analytical & creative thinking abilities and proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

In return you will receive a salary paying circa £45K depending on experience + excellent benefits + working from home + FREE parking when in the office.
