Marketing Manager Product: Cognitive Assessment Tool (Technology)Market: Post-16 Education (Further Education, Higher Education, Independent Training Providers)Location: Home based (Once a month in London)Salary: £50,000pa We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the launch of an exciting new product in the education sector: Cognitive Assessment Technology. This cognitive assessment tool is designed to identify additional learning support needs for learners in post-16 education, targeting Further Education (FE), Higher Education, and Independent Training Providers (ITPs). With significant market potential, it will transform the way support needs are identified across the sector. About the Role:As the Marketing Manager, you’ll report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with the Managing Director for this new product launch. You’ll have end-to-end ownership of the marketing strategy, driving early-stage growth for this innovative carve-out product. This is a unique opportunity for a driven, self-starter to shape a new brand in its early stages. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a full-stack marketing strategy to support the launch of this new product.
- Solid generalist Marketer, with a sound background across GTM, Sales Enablement, email marketing, ABM, Digital & CRM.
- Plan and execute events to increase product visibility within the education sector.
- Implement marketing automation and CRM strategies using Pardot and Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the MD and wider team to create a market-leading presence within the education technology space.
What We’re Looking For:
- A generalist marketer with experience in new product launches or start-ups.
- Knowledge of the education sector or ed-tech markets (experience targeting FE and ITP audiences would be awesome).
- Strong digital strategy, pipeline generation, and CRM experience.
- A proactive and independent approach—you’ll have the autonomy to design and deliver a strategy but with support from senior leadership.
- It would be amazing if you had experience launching carve-out products or working in early-stage businesses.
Location: Remote role, full home set-up provided. You will be in London c1 day a month (may be more at busy times) This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on marketer to play a pivotal role in launching a transformative product within the cognitive assessment space.
