A Marketing Manager for an independent, boutique agency with loads of flexibility to accommodate part-time or full-time applications.
This role is working within a great culture and with genuine, good people. You can tell when you see them working together, in the honesty they talk with and the pragmatism in everything. The pragmatic nature reflects how they're approaching this recruitment. This is about getting the right person, it doesn't matter whether that's someone more senior working on a 3 or 4 day basis or a full-time person but perhaps still developing. They're also flexible about where and when you work so use the office when it works to do so - some weeks that could be most days and other weeks hardly at all.
The nature of the work is great. If you're a marketer then marketing to other marketers as you will be here has to have a certain appeal. They work with high profile global brands to more regionally based businesses. You'll be respected as the marketing expert in the business and given the freedom to run marketing as you see fit. Frequently used channels tend to be web, social, video content, case study distribution, marketing collateral and assets online and offline as well as email marketing through their HubSpot CRM.
This role is initially being recruited as a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave but pending the potential growth during your tenure there could be scope for the role to continue longer term. There's a real appetite to utilise this opportunity to bring in an experienced person who can shape new thinking, ideas and processes that will pave the way for further success of marketing in future.

A budget of c£35,000 is available - that could be a full time salary for someone or if you're more experienced but looking for part-time work could allow a c£55k FTE salary to be paid 3 days per week.

Where You'll Be Based:
Hybrid and flexible working is very much available. Within reason if you're locally based and able to commit at least approximately 3 days worth of time then most circumstances could be considered.
The office is based between Leeds and York so you'll really want a car to be able to commute as there's no train station nearby. You'll also likely spend time off site pulling together content so will be more practical on that basis too.
