Marketing Manager - Proximity Recruitment : Job Details

Proximity Recruitment are searching for a talented Marketing Manager (up to £40,000 + Benefits) to join a growing multi-service business in Hertfordshire. This full on generalist marketing role covers the firm’s multi-channel strategy with a focus on campaigns & events with and experienced & passionate senior leadership team who value the power of marketing.

In a collaborative & friendly culture the responsibilities for the role include:

• Identify relevant sponsorship opportunities, manage and negotiate deals for industry events.
• Oversee the planning and execution of sponsorship campaigns and events, ensuring brand visibility and engagement.
• Develop and execute media outreach strategies to increase visibility in industry publications, both digital and print.
• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that promote the company's services.
• Manage the social media platform.
• Create marketing materials, such as brochures, social media posts, and adverts in line with the company's brand framework.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives and project timelines.
• Performance manage the Junior Marketing Executive.

This role is 5 days a week in the office. It is permanent full-time or part-time.
