The Role

Due to ongoing growth, the business is now looking for a Marketing Manager to come on board to help deliver, manage, monitor and evaluate the company’s marketing campaign activity. Working within a team and alongside another Marketing Manager the role is broad and includes:

  • Developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Ensuring campaigns are aligned to commercial objectives
  • Supporting the development and implementation of the marketing strategy and plans
  • Supporting with the creative development for campaigns
  • Supplier management including the management of agencies where necessary
  • Working closely with data analytics to measure the performance of campaigns
  • Making suggestions for future campaigns based on analysis
  • Managing the development of branding, positioning and communications

The Candidate

Candidates must have a solid background of delivering multichannel campaigns, ideally within a corporate or regulated environment. Candidates must be able to understand analysis including marketing and trend data and be able to extract meaningful insights to make recommendations. Strong stakeholder management and project management skills are key, as is the ability to collaborate with, and influence, cross-functional teams and external partners.
