Chambers is looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to spearhead its marketing and client care initiatives. This dynamic role provides the chance to work in a supportive, collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth and innovation.

Working closely with the Senior Management Team, Marketing Committee and Special Interest Groups, the Marketing Manager will shape and elevate Chambers’ market presence. Success requires strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities, exceptional organisational and time management skills and a confident, adaptable, and results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Events

• Plan and execute impactful internal and external marketing events.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, brochures, newsletters, and digital assets.
• Manage client databases for targeted and effective campaigns.

Digital Presence

• Maintain and update website content.
• Drive social media engagement with compelling content and monitor analytics.
• Lead podcast promotion and online visibility initiatives.

Directories & Submissions

• Coordinate legal directory submissions and ensure accuracy.
• Analyse rankings to guide future strategies.
• Manage referee collation and researcher communications.

Leadership & Strategy

• Line-manage the Assistant to the Marketing Manager.
• Support strategic plans for client retention and business development.
• Research market trends to identify growth opportunities.

The person

• Qualification in marketing, business development, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing or business development experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and WordPress. LEX advantageous.
• Experience in chambers or the professional services sector
