Working directly with the Co-Founders, this a role that requires a creative thinker and a strategic yet hands-on marketer to take full ownership of the marketing strategy for the business. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the marketing budget and strategy for 24/25 and delivering against targets.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategy that is aligned to each brands strategic goals.
  • Line management of Marketing Assistant.
  • Overall responsibility for internal and external communications, which includes the continuous development and delivery of a content plan.
  • Be a brand ambassador for each brand, ensuring consistency with the guidelines.
  • Enhance brand awareness both internally and externally, utilising our social media platforms.
  • Ownership of each website, keeping them up-to-date and generating in-bound traffic.
  • Manage external suppliers including website provider.
  • Identify, plan, and execute events both internally and externally, including entering industry awards.
  • Identify innovative marketing software to implement and keep up to date with current trends.
  • Work with all areas of the business to develop an employer branding strategy that will attract talent to the business.
  • Partner with the Group Operations Manager to utilise technology including marketing automation to deliver out message to our target audiences.
  • Measure and analyse all activity to establish ROI for all marketing activity and spend, reporting to the Group Board.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Looking for 5 - 10 years’ experience working in either a recruitment or sales environment.
  • Experience with planning and executing a multi-channel marketing strategy.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Capable of working with autonomy and a self-starter with a can-do attitude.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • Creative, innovative and a good eye for eye detail.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Engaging, enthusiastic, passionate and capable of building relationships with all colleagues such as directors, sales teams and all external suppliers.
  • Project management experience.
  • Resilient, flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure.
  • Mature with a professional manner.
