Marketo Lead ConsultantOur trusted partner, a leading customer experience consultancy is hiring a Marketo Lead Consultant to be responsible for the B2B practice who possess previous hands on solution experience in CRM Marketo to lead a team of automation specialists and scale up the Marketo CRM Practice. This is a unique and exciting opportunity where the chosen candidate will act as a project lead, solutions architect and consultant on a number of lage client projects which are integral to the our clients growth. Our client is offering a basic salary up to £100,000 plus quarterly bonus and competitive benefits package to be based near Southwark on a hybrid basis (one to two days per week in offices).Core responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of CRM Marketing Automation specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Acting as a Consultant | Project Lead | Solutions Architect on a number of client projects.
- Conduct discovery, design, and implementation phases for projects focusing on driving B2B marketing and sales automation excellence.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique business needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Client Services and Sales Team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they align with client expectations, time lines, and budgets.
- Work with the team to implement marketing automation programs and processes, with industry best practices and recommendations.
Key skill set:
- B2B CRM Marketing Automation experience with the ability to integrate solutions using Marketo is a must.
- A history in providing B2B marketing stratrgies, customer journey optimisation and content management is a must.
- Previous leadership/consultation experience within MarTech industry is a must have.
- Experience providing Business Consultancy and/or Technical Consultancy on B2B Marketing Automation projects is a must.
- Experience working on technically complex projects involving CRM integrations (Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics) and/or CDPs is a must have.
- Domain industry experience in agency, consultancy or digital marketing practice is a nice to have.
