We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Maths Lecturer to join our dynamic team. This role involves teaching students of varying abilities, from Level 1 to Level Maths, and contributing to the expansion and development of the department. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education and inspiring the next generation of skilled experts.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Teach Maths to students across various levels, from Level 1 to Level Maths.
  • Collaborate closely with the Curriculum Manager to enhance the department's offerings and ensure the highest quality of education.
  • Inspire students using your industry experience, supporting their career and life ambitions.
  • Actively participate in marketing events and promote the Maths courses, sharing your experiences and successes in the field.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest educational trends and techniques in Maths education.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in teaching Maths or relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent).
  • Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating concepts clearly and engagingly to diverse class groups.
  • Efficient administration skills for maintaining accurate student records and managing course-related documentation.
