Yes! Randstad Education is currently seeking for a Maths Teacher, You will create an engaging learning environment that challenges students to think creatively, set ambitious goals, and excel in their studies.

This is a Full-time and a Fixed term contract role starting as soon as possible.

Requirements

• Possesses Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialisation in Education or Mathematics
• Enhanced DBS on the update service
• Right to work in the UK-this is essential
• 2 relevant professional references
• Experience teaching Maths across KS3 & KS4
• Proven experience in fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
• A genuine passion for mathematics and a commitment to making the subject exciting and accessible for students

Responsibilities

• Be an outstanding and innovative classroom practitioner who can lead and enthuse students
• Innovate and inspire with lessons that bring maths to life, making use of interactive tools, games, and real-world applications
• Demonstrate a robust understanding of maths and a proven ability to teach it effectively
• Organise and participate in extracurricular activities, such as Maths clubs, competitions, and workshops, to enrich student's learning experiences
• Assess student progress with a keen eye, providing feedback that motivates and encourages continuous learning and improvement
• Stay engaged with ongoing professional development to bring fresh ideas and cutting-edge practices into your teaching
