We are looking to recruit a full timTeacher to deliver Maths up to GCSE level, including Functional Skills to young people aged 15-24 and apprentices.
About Midlands ETS
Barnardo's Employment, Training and Skills Midlands is a Training Provider based in Chelmsley Wood, Birmingham. From this service we provide learning and skills programmes for young people aged 15-24 including: DfE 16-19 Study Programme, Apprenticeships, including those delivered to our staff team across England and corporately funded employer recruitment programmes and 15-16 alternative provision in partnership with local schools.
Barnardo's Employment, Training and Skills Midlands aims to engage, motivate and support young people to achieve qualifications, to enable young people to progress and secure sustained positive destinations such as further education or employment to improve their own life chances and provide a positive future.

Whilst the full pay band and salary range is advertised, our approach to starting salaries is to appoint between the minimum to mid-point of the pay band - this ensures that pay steps are available to reward our colleagues annually based on their contribution to excellence and alignment to our values and behaviours.?
