BackgroundThis is an exciting opportunity to join Jupiter's Client Group, as a Relationship Director focussed on the Middle East & Africa , reporting i n to the Global Head of Institutional . Jupiter has a n e stablished presence in the Middle East market with key local banks, global banks and asset managers . W e are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Director to help drive further expansion and diversification across the se financial intermediar ies in the Middle East, a key region for Jupiter's international growth ambitions . In addition, this role will develop and drive our strategy to build brand recognition in the Middle East f amily o ffice market. Key Responsibilities
  • D evelop and execute Jupiter's distribution strategy for Middle East financial intermediaries
  • Effectively support Jupiter's existing clients in the region
  • Develop a close working relationship with the Global Head of Institutional, Head of MEA & Australia as well as the broader teams of Investment Management, Marketing , Product Development and Compliance
  • Strong collaboration with G lobal F inancial I nistiutions team on key global accounts with a presence in the region where there are multiple international touch points e . g. Global banks
  • Research, develop and execute a detailed distribution strategy for the Family Office segment
Desired Skills / Experience
  • >10 -15 years business development or relationship management experience working with financial intermediaries in the Middle East. Specific investment background in public Fixed Income and E quities.
  • Proven experience in business development with ownership of , and accountability for , successful client engagement
  • Excellent interpersonal skills , confident liaising with internal and external contacts at all levels and building strong working relationships
  • Ability to articulate ideas/strategies clearly, both verbally and written
  • Results oriented with a client-centric consultative approach to engagement
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Knowledge and understanding of the distribution and regulatory environment in the Middle East
  • Financial services background with knowledge of investment , market and industry trends
  • Proven ability to leverage data and technology to , generate insights, inform decision making and distribution activity
  • A flexible, adaptable and collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
