Mechanic - East London Textiles : Job Details

A reliable, all rounder, is required who can diagnose faults on the Van fleet and Forklifts and fix them. General site electrical/machine maintenance skills are required.

In addition:

• Diagnose, service, and repair a range of forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Respond to breakdowns and provide excellent customer service on-site
• Carry out routine maintenance to keep machines running smoothly
• Complete all relevant paperwork and maintain service records
• Welding experience preferred.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Mechanic, ideally with knowledge of Vans, Fork lifts and plant equipment
• Strong mechanical, electrical fault-finding skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence (essential) and own transport
