Mechanical Design Engineer - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Your new companyWe are recruiting on behalf of a leading institution known for its innovative and energy-centric building services. The team is dedicated to providing creative solutions to complex engineering and design challenges within buildings.Your new roleUnderstand and execute design tasks.Perform design calculations and develop proposals at various stages.Liaise with clients, design team members, suppliers, and contractors.Prepare tender documentation and drawings using AutoCAD.Utilise Revit/BIM for design and conduct site surveys/inspections.Prepare reports and comply with QA and other procedures.Provide guidance to junior engineers and draughtspeople.What you'll need to succeed:What you'll need to succeedPost-qualification experience in mechanical building engineering services design.Membership in CIBSE, The Institute of Mechanical Engineers, or The Institute of Engineering and Technology is preferred.Proficiency in AutoCAD, HevaComp, and Amtech suite of calculations.Computer literacy and experience with computer-aided design calculation procedures.What you'll get in return
