Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Location: City of London

Building Type: Commercial and Critical Buildings

We are working closely with our top FM service providers, and they are on a lookout for a new permanent staff member to join one of their main contracts in London!

Overall Tasks

• Completing scheduled planned and preventive maintenance
• Responding to reactive tasks on site
• Maintaining and servicing mechanical plant rooms
• Monitoring the BMS
• Logging completed jobs on the company log books
• Following health and safety protocols on site
• Liaising with building managers and subcontractors
• Participating in annual building shutdowns

Hours of Work

• Monday to Friday (split shifts available)
• 40 hours per week

Package Overview

• £40,000 to £46,000
• Funded training courses
• 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Life Insurance

Requirements

• Knowledge of building service maintenance
• Experience working on; Cooling towers, Chillers, AHU's, Fan coil units, Boilers and Water treatment
• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3
• Legionella awareness
