Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Elevation Recruitment Group : Job Details

Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a manufacturer based near Bradford that is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join its team.

Salary upto £43,000 pa depending on experience

Shifts

• Rotating Shift pattern 6am-2pm and 2pm – 10pm Monday - Friday
• Plus Overtime when required
• Typical working week: 37.5 standard hours plus 4 overtime hours
• There will also be a requirement to work some Saturday mornings 6am – 10am and be part of the “On-Call / Call-Out” & Key-holder team, which operates on a rota system

The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment within our facility.

Responsibilities of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will include:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues to determine the best course of action
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with other maintenance team members 

We are keen to speak with Mechanical Maintenance Engineers with the following skills:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including CNC machinery robotics, and conveyor systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
