Hays Building Services are pleased to be assisting an organisation in Oxford with the recruitment of a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support their busy team.Your New RoleYou will be responsible for providing both technical support and assisting the team in performing building services and building fabric maintenance, which includes problem-solving and fault diagnosis on all site services, including air conditioning and air handling units, piped gases, hot and cold-water systems, MTHW/LTHW systems, Chilled Water and refrigeration.What You'll Need To SucceedYou will have previous experience in a maintenance role including mechanical services, the ability to organise and prioritise tasks to meet planned maintenance timescales, as well as be qualified for a recognised apprenticeship in an engineering discipline.What You'll Get In ReturnThis role is being offered with an hourly rate between £15 - £25 per hour depending on experience on a 4-month interim contract initially.What You'll Need To Do NowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
