Main duties:Work alongside and support the Sales Engineer for Germany, conduct training, address customer concerns and support the onboarding of new customers.

The role:- Deliver virtual and onsite product training from disassembly, filling, and servicing.- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.- Help achieve sales goals by contributing to a profitable and sustainable sales pipeline.- Install components like hoses to ensure proper product functionality.- Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and solutions by participating in technical forums.- Gather customer feedback and propose product or service improvements to leadership.- Recommend tailored solutions to address customer application challenges.- Lead by example while collaborating across teams to drive organizational success.- Support company initiatives and align with organizational values.

The candidate:- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)- Qualified Engineer with experience within manufacturing or industrial settings.- Experience within the metalworking industry with a focus on technical applications.- Familiarity with spare part applications such as nitrogen gas products- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.- Expertise in lean enterprise tools and continuous improvement practices.- Data-driven decision-making with the ability to manage ambiguity.- Results-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency.- Up to 20% travel to customer or partner locations.The salary: 100 000€ OTE per annumFrench Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
