Medical Secretary

Location:Wickford, Essex

Duration: Temporary assignment (3 months)

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 08:30am - 18:00pm

Pay rate: £13.12 per hour

We are looking for an experienced medical secretary to join our clients team based in Wickford. If you are looking for your next role with a practice of over 18,000 patients, this could be for you!

Key responsibilities:

• Audio transcription
• Clinical correspondence, composing letters, notes and summaries.
• Respond to phone calls from patients and resolve problems when possible.
• Arrange and service meetings as needed.
• Deal with queries from the general public.
• Maintain office systems to ensure prompt access.
• Documentation filing: file results, letters, and other documentation.

Key person specification:

• Experienced typing skills to type quickly and accurately
• Be motivated to remain focused
• Have attention to detail
• Work in a team but use your own initiative
• Must have SystmOne experience.
• Must have experience working with audio
