Operations Manager, £45,000 per annum - London - Corporate Meeting & Events Venue

Tonic are excited to support this world-class venue in their search for exceptional people to join their team. As Operations Manager, you'll join a flourishing business that is going through continued investment and is recognised as the go-to provider of high-quality meetings and events space in the UK. You will lead a senior management team and be closely examined for any General Manager roles that become available in the group. This is a 7-day operation; some weekends will be required.

  • A track record of success within large C&E venues/hotels, MICE or business events
  • Experience managing large teams
