Membership Administrator - 6months FTC£26,000 - £28,000South West London (hybrid)Our client is a Membership organisation who is looking for someone with strong customer services as well as admin skills to work within the Member Services Team. You will be responsible for responding to members questions, maintaining accurate records on the CRM.THE ROLE:
- Checking the membership inbox on a daily basis, responding to emails as well as answering the calls.
- Support the Manager with ensuring all new members applications are processed correctly
- Support with preparing and reconciling of information ahead of the annual renewal cycle
- Liaising with other the team members regarding queries from members
- Ensure accurate information is added to the CRM for updating member records
THE PERSON:
- At least two years experience working in a membership or customer services team
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to use CRM system to update member records
- Strong knowledge of MS Office – including Excel and word
- Excellent time management
- Friendly and approachable
