Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and reporting to the healthcare team.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and wellness practices.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Assist with routine medical procedures and support patients in daily living activities.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Valid NMC registration.
