The Role: M&E Quantity SurveyorAs an M&E Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering a diverse range of pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services. Working on projects ranging from large industrial and commercial developments worth over £30m to smaller schemes across both public and private sectors, including healthcare, government, military, and insurance, no two days will be the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on M&E costs involved in building projects.
• Evaluating costs and providing recommendations for alternative proposals.
• Advising on contract arrangements and conditions.
• Undertaking all aspects of pre- and post-contract work.
• Preparing measured term accounts for contractor-based clients.

About YouThe ideal M&E Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A BSc in Quantity Surveying or a similar degree/vocational qualification (or equivalent).
• A strong understanding of M&E costs, contracts, and proposals.
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy.
• Pre and Post Contract experience.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• A clean UK driving licence.
