We are looking for a detail-oriented Merchandiser to be a part of our retail team, tasked with ensuring that products appear in the right store, at the right time and in the correct quantities.

Description

• Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers' expectations and the company's objectives
• Analyse sales figures, market trends and customer behaviour to determine product needs
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and stores to ensure product availability
• Implement seasonal changes and updates in line with retail calendar
• Manage inventory and supply chain to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Conduct promotional events to increase sales
• Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources
• Provide insightful feedback and reporting to senior management

Profile

A successful Merchandiser should have:

• Proven Merchandiser/ Analyst experience in a core Fashion Head Office role
• Strong analytical and organisational skills in an omnichannel fashion role
• Experience working with Buying and Product teams
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI or other data tools
• Highly trend-led and fashion-savvy in the U.K. retail market
• A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
