Metal Polisher£11.44 - £13 per hourMonday to Thursday, 7am - 4pm; Friday, 7am - 12pmPermanent, Tamworth, UKWe are looking for a talented and detail-focused Metal Finisher/Polisher to become part of our client's team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with metal finishing processes and a strong commitment to ensuring our products meet the highest standards of precision and quality.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform metal finishing and polishing tasks to achieve specified standards.
• Operate various tools and machinery, including grinders, sanders, and buffers, to finish metal surfaces.
• Conduct inspections of finished items to detect defects and confirm they meet quality specifications.
• Follow safety procedures and keep the work area tidy and well-organised.
• Collaborate effectively with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and project deadlines are met.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience working as a metal finisher or polisher in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
• Strong proficiency with metal finishing tools, equipment, and techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
