Our client, a thriving secondary school in Newham, is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic MFL Teacher to join their vibrant teaching team from January 2025. The Role As an MFL Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging and effective lessons in French, Spanish, or both, across Key Stage 3 and 4 (with potential opportunities at Key Stage 5). Inspire students to develop a love for languages and achieve excellent academic results. Differentiate your teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEN and EAL students. Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and modern foreign language events. Collaborate with a strong department and a supportive leadership team. About You To be successful in this role, you will need: A relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent). A passion for teaching and modern foreign languages. Experience teaching MFL at secondary level (ideally in French or Spanish, or both). Excellent classroom management skills. The ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities. A commitment to high standards and the ability to work as part of a team.
