MFL Teacher

• South Leicestershire based secondary school
• Full-time job to start ASAP
• Long term role until the end of the academic year (July)
• Teaching French and Spanish to KS3 & KS4

Hays Education are working in partnership with an Ofsted 'Good' 11-16 secondary school that are seeking a full-time MFL Teacher to join their team until the end of the academic year (July). Due to this being a long-term role, full teaching responsibilities will be required, including planning and marking.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
• Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the MFL curriculum.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress and assessment results.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Recent experience teaching French and Spanish at KS3 and KS4.
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
