Microsoft 365 Administrator - Zurich - German Speaking A leading global player in the automotive industry who have been going for 100 years are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to join their growing team! The company is highly successful and are built on a genuine commitment to quality, innovation and customer satisfaction and that has allowed them to expand across Europe.They are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator to work with the IT infrastructure team and contribute to the management and development of our hybrid cloud environment.

The role:As a Microsoft 365 Administrator, you will be an integral part of the IT department, focusing on the operation, development and continuous improvement of the Microsoft 365 environment. You will directly work on providing a seamless service to thousands of users across multiple locations. You will also be heavily involved in analysing technical issues, supporting users in 2nd/3rd level support and implementing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimise the Microsoft 365 environment a highly diverse user base.
• Analyse and resolve technical problems, handling support tickets in 2nd/3rd level.
• Develop technical concepts and create system overviews, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
• Lead or contribute to the successful implementation of Microsoft 365 projects, both independently and within cross-functional teams.

Ideal background / experience:

• Specialist training in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with PowerApps and Power Automate
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in German (spoken and written), with good proficiency in English.
