They are now seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Project Manager to lead and optimise their CRM initiatives.Role Overview:As the Dynamics 365 CRM Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the Dynamics 365 CRM system. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, driving stakeholder engagement, and facilitating change management processes across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle of Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure buy-in for project initiatives.
- Planning & Risk Management: Develop detailed project plans, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery.
- Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to promote user adoption and minimize resistance during the transition to new CRM processes.
- Training & Support: Design and deliver training sessions for end-users to maximize the effectiveness of the CRM system, ensuring users are equipped to leverage its full potential.
- Integration & Custom Workflows: Collaborate with technical teams to oversee integration processes and the development of custom workflows that enhance the functionality of Dynamics 365.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive enhancements to the CRM solution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, specifically with Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Solid experience in planning, risk management, and change management processes.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform and experience in creating custom workflows.
- Understanding of integration processes related to CRM systems.
- Candidates with a background as functional consultants looking to transition into project management will be considered.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
