Position: Midday Supervisor

Location: Wrexham - Primary School

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: TBC

Pay: £12.82 an hour

Roles and Responsibilities: As a Midday Supervisor at Tradewind, you will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive and enjoyable lunchtime experience for students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising Lunchtime Activities:Oversee and engage students during lunch breaks, ensuring a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Safety First:Promote and maintain a safe environment, addressing any potential issues promptly and effectively.
  • Assisting with Lunch Setup:Aid in the setup and organisation of lunchtime facilities, including seating arrangements and equipment distribution.
  • Supporting Students:Provide guidance and support to students as needed, fostering positive relationships within the school community.

    • Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous Experience:Experience working with children in a school or similar setting is preferred.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • Patience and Adaptability:A patient and adaptable mindset to handle varying situations during lunchtime activities.
  • Team Player:Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a harmonious school environment.
  • DBS Check:A valid DBS check or the willingness to obtain one.
