Our client, a well-established manufacturer, is seeking dedicated MIG Welders to join their team at their Aylesford facility. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a company at the forefront of innovation.

About the Role:

• Position: Full-time, Permanent
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30, with overtime opportunities at enhanced rates
• Location: Based in Aylesford

Key Responsibilities:

• MIG Welding: Basic experience required (TIG welding experience would be an advantage)
• Fast-paced production line welding experience is highly preferred
• Ability to interpret basic technical drawings
• Perform general factory tasks and assist with housekeeping to ensure safety and company standards are upheld
• Work within a strong Health & Safety culture, adhering to regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 1 year of MIG welding (TIG welding preferred as well but not essential)
• Skills: Ability to work with heavy materials, attention to detail, and good time management
• Attitude: A team player with a positive, flexible approach, able to adapt to changing workloads
