Minibus Driver - London Hire

IntSol Recruitment is seeking dedicated Minibus Drivers to join a well-established transport provider in London. This role is ideal for drivers who prefer a structured Monday to Friday schedule with a guaranteed minimum of 35 hours per week. Drivers will work split shifts, ensuring reliable service during peak hours. If you are a responsible driver with an Enhanced DBS and experience in passenger service, we’d love to hear from you!

Minibus Driver Highlights:

• Monday to Friday split shifts: 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• Guaranteed 7 hours per day (35 hours per week)
• PAYE or Umbrella options available
• Competitive hourly rates
• Immediate start available with a valid Enhanced DBS

Minibus Driver Pay Rates:

PAYE Rates:

• Monday to Friday: £14.50 per hour
• Weekend: £15.00 per hour
• Bank Holidays: £16.00 per hour

Umbrella Rates:

• Monday to Friday: £18.79 per hour
• Weekend: £19.44 per hour
• Bank Holidays: £20.74 per hour

Minibus Driver Requirements:

• Valid Enhanced DBS (required before starting work)
• Flexibility for split shifts (7:00 AM - 10:00 AM, 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
• Minimum of 1 year of driving experience (preferred)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Knowledge of London and surrounding areas is beneficial
