MLOps EngineerSalary: Up to £65,000 + bonus/benefitsLocation: Leicester (hybrid)

Role Overview:

As an MLOps Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Deploying and productionising projects related to segmentation, churn, and recommender systems, as well as supporting supply chain initiatives for key stakeholders.
• Collaborating with a team of four, reporting to the Head of Engineering, and closely working with a broader Data Science team.
• Focusing on the full lifecycle of data pipelines, including training, evaluating, and deploying ML models on AWS/Azure.
• Partnering with Data Scientists to provide guidance on best practices for ML and MLOps infrastructure.
• Coordinating with a dedicated DevOps team.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Solid understanding of DevOps Engineering.
• 1+ years of hands-on MLOps experience.
• MSc or PhD in a STEM field.
• Strong expertise in data pipelines and ML model deployment.
• Proficiency with technologies such as Python, AWS, Docker, Azure, Kubernetes, MLFlow, etc.
• Sponsorship available for this role.
