Mobile Cleaner - Randstad Construction & Property : Job Details

The role of Mobile Cleaner will include:

• Maintaining sheltered schemes and general needs property communal areas to a high standard
• Undertaking general caretaking duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, litter picking of communal areas and cleaning bin rooms
• Moving bulky items
• Working with customers to identify faults, resolving issues and improving services
• Completing all documents and paperwork concerning tasks completed
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and continue to be suitable for required tasks
