Mobile Powered Access Engineer - Bennett & Game Recruitment : Job Details

Our client who is a leading provider of powered access equipment across central is looking for an engineer who has experience in the powered access industry. This role will be a mixture of being mobile and workshop based which is in Silverstone. It would be preferred if the candidate was CAP qualified but this is not essential as there is routes to progress within the business to achieve the qualification for the right candidate.

This position provides a competitive salary with routes to progression in the business and ongoing development of skills with door to door pay. Also, with this role you receive death in service cover and after two years with the business you receive health care. Overtime is available for this role.

Mobile Powered Access Engineer Salary & Benefits

• £35,000-£40,000 basic salary dependant on experience
• Door to door pay
• Company vehicle
• Monday-Friday 8:00-5:30
• Overtime available
• 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays

• Repairs, inspections, maintenance and services on a range of powered access equipment whether that be the companies or a customer in the workshop or at customer locations
• The fleet of powered access equipment you will be working on will be diesel, electric or hybrid
• This role is a mixture of being based in the workshop in Silverstone and being on the road in a mobile role covering a large patch but the hours are flexible dependant to locations you will be covering
• Adhere to company and customer regulations and rules
• Keep records up to date on company assets

Mobile Powered Access Engineer Job Requirements

• Experience in the powered access industry in a similar role
• CAP qualification would be advantageous but not essential for the position as this training could be provided for the right candidate
• Manual driving licence
• Strong mechanical and electrical skillset
• Good administration and customer service skills
• Commutable distance to the depot based in Silverstone
