Model-based Software Engineer - Avanti : Job Details

Avanti Recruitment is looking for a software engineer on behalf of an R+D company in Farnborough that specialises in the development of aerospace and satellite systems.

Due to securing a brand new project, we're looking for a model-based software engineer to join their R+D team, where you'll be working at the forefront of model-based systems engineering, and be responsible for designing and developing their brand new MBSE platform which will be integrated into flight software systems on earth-orbiting satellites.

What we're looking for:3-5 years' experience as a software engineer, with some of the following experienceStrong skills with C, Python & either MATLAB Simulink, Stateflow, or TASTEFamiliarity with safety-critical/mission-critical standards (DO-178x, ECSS, etc.)Knowledge of embedded systems (ARM M7 or Microchip SAM series preferred)

There's a salary up to £60k + discretionary bonus, up to 12% pension, and 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
