You will be responsible for instructing medicals, reviewing medical records, assessing reports, collating special damages, and calculating loss of earnings claims. Additionally, you will submit settlement and court proceedings packs, draft witness statements, and manage stage 3 litigation. Interaction with third parties and clients, as well as the recovery of vehicle-related damages and credit hire, will also be part of your daily tasks.The salary for this MOJ Fee Earner position is competitive, reflecting the importance and responsibilities of the role.
